Cross-fit is a way of training that circle around all natural movements. We do exercises that mimic the physical challenges that our ancestors had, we squat, jump, run, lift, throw, climb, push and drag. The movements we are born to do, not lock in a fixed machine in a gym.

    There are many different versions of cross-fit depending on what the purpose is, example if you want to get better at different sports such as martial arts, running, swimming, gymnastics etc. It may sound fuzzy but all versions follow the same principle, constantly spraying varied functional movements preferment at height intensity. Fill of this achieve physical performance. We don’t specialize in one aspect, we specialize in all aspects. Flexibility, conditioning, strength, endurance, speed, coordination, explosiveness, precision, balance and mobility.

    The key is variation, no session should look the same, this to always surprise the body and not get struck in fixed routines. During training we use barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells, bars, jump rope, roman rings and other simple tools.

Why cross-fit for Muay Thai Fighters?
    The sessions are short and intensive, very similar to a fight. We use speed explosiveness strength and endurance, which will be very useful to have in the ring. Cross-fit helps athletes to get better at their sport.
